The Rio Rancho Bulk Water Fill Station offers potable water for residential and construction needs, aiming to tackle issues such as water theft, unauthorized water use and inflated water prices.
Funded by the City’s Utility Operations fund, Environmental Gross Receipts Tax, Water Impact fees, and Utility Bond proceeds, this station is a testament to Rio Rancho’s commitment to accessible water services.
The cost is $10 per 1,000 gallons.
Secure access to the Bulk Fill Station by prepaying for your water usage. Payments can be made in person at City Hall on the first floor at the Cashier’s office during business hours, or over the phone by calling 505-891-5211. You will need to allow up to 48 business hours for phone payments to be processed.
Once payment is confirmed and your account is set up, you’ll receive a unique account/pin number. This grants you access to the Bulk Fill Station, allowing you to fill water containers whenever needed. With round-the-clock access, convenience is at your fingertips. Just remember, additional water and station access require further payment once your prepaid amount is used up.
From Northern Blvd NE and Rainbow Blvd. NE, head west on Northern Blvd. to 21 Street NW. Turn north on 21st Street. The Water Fill Station is on the northeast corner.
